System for booking facilities of the Cheshire County FA – design and implementation
Objectives of the project
The objective of this project was to create a Facility Booking System for the Cheshire County Football Association. The Cheshire County Football Association are moving into a new headquarters, and therefore require a system that can store details of facilities offered and clients that wish to use the system whilst automating the process of booking the facilities offered and thus allow staff to make
maximum use of their time for other administrative activities.
What the project achieved
The system allows users to access all functionality over the Internet, using web-based technology. Users can check room availability, book rooms along with facilities, check their details, input and alter both room and client data and process payments received.
This report documents the progress of the system from analysing the problem through to implementation and evaluation of the final system.
