  Summary
The intention of this project was to design and develop an interactive website for the members and prospective members of David Lloyd Leisure. The website would have many features such as being able to pay online, book for any events or facilities and create an online community. The website would also encourage membership sales having a virtual tour and enquiry service for prospective members.
The members’ database was also re- designed for improvement in analysis of member behaviour, as well as improving usability for the database managers in each of the 56 UK clubs.
